* The Palomar College Police Department (PCPD) will calculate charges for any additional security requested based on the total number of hours requested. For events organized or sponsored by outside organizations or agencies, please make any payments via check and payable to: Palomar College Campus Police. Please note that payment(s) are due and must be received by the PCPD five (5) days prior to the event. For events organized or sponsored by organizations or agencies affiliated with Palomar College, please provide your department account number for billing.
** The Palomar College Police department (PCPD) will attempt to assign an available parking lot that is closest to the application event. For additional parking lot information, please review the available campus maps located at www.palomar.edu. Event Description
The Palomar College Police Department (PCPD) does not guarantee the availability of parking on campus. PCPD will authorize special “PLANNED EVENT PARKING PERMITS” (Visitor Passes) only when an application is received, processed and approved three (3) weeks prior to the event. These permits will be restricted to the designated parking lot. An Event “Contact Person” must pick up the permits prior to the event date. Only “Visitor Passes” issued by the PCPD are valid. If an event participant chooses to park in an undesignated lot or in the event that there there are no remaining parking spaces in the assigned lot, a “daily parking permit” ($3.00) must be purchased. Daily parking permits are ONLY valid in student parking lots# 3, 5, 9 & 12, and the Escondido Center. Parking regulations are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
