SUBJECT: Notice of the Annual Clery
Campus Security Report
Pursuant to federal law, identified
as the "Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus
Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of
1998," all currently enrolled students, campus
employees and all prospective students and
prospective employees are entitled to request and
receive a copy of the Palomar College Annual Campus Security
Report.
The report contains crime statistics about
certain specified crimes/incidents that have been
reported to the Palomar College Police Department
& Campus Security Authorities over the
past three years and which have occurred either
on-campus, in off-campus buildings or property owned
or controlled by Palomar College, or on public
property adjacent to the campus.
The report encourages the reporting of all crime
occurrences and explains how to report crimes,
including sexual assault crimes.
Copies of this report may be obtained in person
from the Palomar College Police Department. Additional
