After 43 years of service, the
original planetarium
at Palomar College was demolished to make way for new
campus construction. A
new
planetarium is now being designed and
will soon begin construction. This website is dedicated to this
exciting new project that will change the nature of astronomy in North
County San Diego. There is much to be done over the next 3 years as we
design and build a state-of-the-art venue that will serve the College
and the County for many years to come. |
