Begin at Faculty eServices / Rosters Tab / Professional Development Contract link
Complete the contact information - Part-time, Full-time, phone, and department. To find your department, click the magnifying glass and then click Lookup. A department list appears. Then click on your department and it will be filled in automatically. Click Save.

Please follow the following steps for completing a Contract:
- Step 1 "Add/Revise Activities"
In this step you will be adding the Activities that you plan to undertake. These are scheduled workshops. It's a long list! Click the box next to the activity to select.
- Step 2 "Add Media" (Media is available via
online Blackboard or Library Reference Desk
- Step 3 "Add/Revise Self-designed Activities
In this step you will be adding the self-designed activities. These are activities such as attending conferences, meeting with departments, etc. It's also a fairly long list. Check the box next to the activity(s) to select. Click here for more information on Self-designed Activities.
- Step 4 Add Service Points (Full Time Faculty only - all others, skip to Step
5)

- Step 4 / 5"Review/Revise/Submit Contract"
At the beginning of the semester, you will review your Activities (after completing Steps 1-2). Mid-semester you will revise your Activities if necessary and at the end of the semester you will need confirm your Activities.
Click submit button to update your contract to the document and the activities webpage.
- Step 5 / 6 "Print PD Contract"
to print a copy for your records
PD office will review proposed contracts and return a signed
(approved copy) or instructions requesting information or revisions to be
added to your
contract via eServices.
Update / Revise Activity
- Missed an activity listed on your contract plan? – Go to Step “Review/Revise/Submit Contract” and “uncheck to delete”
click update button to review changes then click submit contract.
- Need to revise a self-directed activity? - Go to Step “Review/Revise/Submit Contract” Click on description and edit hours and or description detail then click submit contract.

- Update "0.00 PD Hours completed" (located on the right hand side) to reflect hours you've completed in the current semester. Click Submit Contract.
- Print a copy of your contract for your records!
