Watch your video lessons on the following cable systems: COX North Cable & Time Warner North Cable - Channel 16.
For specific broadcast times, days and a calendar showing you the lesson number and the date it airs go to: broadcastSpringFall2008.shtml. If you have cable and your lessons air on your cable system, we encourage you to DVD your lessons in order to view them as often as needed and whenever it is convenient.
Watch your video lessons online. Log in to Blackboard and enter your course. Click on the Videos button on the left hand side.
You must have Windows Media Player Player software installed on your computer to view the videos. If you need to download the software go here: http://www.palomar.edu/at/atsoftware.htm
If cable is not available in your area, or if you missed the broadcast, videotape copies are available for viewing and/or checkout at the Learning Resource Center (LRC) in the San Marcos campus Library and the Escondido, Mt. Carmel and Ramona College sites. Videotapes that are checked out from the LRC or the Escondido Center may be returned to either site. Only students enrolled in the course may check out DVDs for one week at a time. DVDs have 3 to 4 lessons on each tape. DVDs may be reserved in advance and will be held for 24 hours. A $3.00 per week fee will be charged for overdue tapes. A $15.00 fee will be charged for lost tapes.

If you live at least 25-30 minutes or more away from the nearest College site or the main campus, you may check out two tapes at a time for two weeks. Please provide verification of enrollment the first time you check out tapes. Many students wait until right before a seminar meeting to view their lessons and find that they are not available. If the DVD you need is not available, please have the staff put your name on a waiting list. They will call you when the tape becomes available.
If you encounter audio or video problems when viewing the tape, please notify the library staff and complete the problem slip included in the videotape case. This will ensure the problem will be corrected before the tape is checked out by another student. Students are not charged for damaged tapes.
