Use of the term "District" or "the District" in this document refers to the Palomar
Community College District.
District web pages and services are offered free of charge, "as is." You may only
use District web pages or services for legal purposes. You may not use District
web pages or services to publish, post, distribute or disseminate any defamatory,
obscene, or other unlawful material or information, including another's proprietary
information, including trademarks or copyrighted information, without express authorization
from the rights holder. Additionally, you may not use District web pages or services

variety of textual and graphics and interactive materials contributed by our faculty,
staff amd students. Unless otherwise indicated, materials appearing here are protected
by the U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S.C.) and/or by the copyright or neighboring-rights
laws of other nations.
All materials are either the property of their copyright holder as indicated on
the pages on which they appear, or copyright Palomar Community College district.
You may not reuse or redistribute them in any form beyond that allowed by fair use
law without written permission of the copyright holder.
The District and its employees assume NO responsibility with respect to YOUR use
of the text, imagery or interactive content of our web servers.
Any copyrighted material appearing on the District's web servers, NOT sanctioned
by the Copyright holder, is UNINTENTIONAL. If you believe any such material exists
on this server, PLEASE CONTACT the District as soon as possible so that the material
can be deleted or permission obtained from the copyright holder to post it.

pages at Palomar College do not constitute an endorsement of those sites or products.
The District provides public access to a discussion forums, email listservs, discussion
groups, newsgroups, web boards, and chat services and archives but does not censor
nor guarantee the accuracy of the information. In no event shall the District or
any of its employees or officers be liable to any party for direct, indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this service or any
documents delivered by it, even if the District has been advised of the possibility
of such damage.
Any information provided to the District in connection with any District Web Site
shall be provided by the submitter and received by the District on a non-confidential
basis. The District shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
This includes email, discussion group, newsgroup, web board, chat or other participatory
forums held on District web servers.
Because some of the messages posted to discussion forums or other public communications

in anyway content searches or the content of District or other web pages. Computerized

domain page) linked to from District pages are outside of the District and is not
under the control of the District. Therefore, the District can make no representation
concerning the content of these sites, nor do the links to these sites serve as
an endorsement by the District.
