How to Apply for NCEOC?

 

If you live in the North County, Vista, San Marcos or Escondido, and meet the program's eligibility (click here to check eligibility), you may apply for NCEOC program by one of the following options:

1. Walk-In, come to our office either at Palomar College San Marcos Main Campus or Palomar College Escondido Center.

2. Call us!!! Just give us a call and make an appointment

3. Apply Online, now you can apply for NCEOC online!!! Please click here and go to online application page.

4. By mail or FAX, you can download PDF format EOC application or Word document EOC application from here. Fill it out and send it to us by regular U.S. mail, fax or e-mail.
