• In the First Person is a free, high quality, professionally published, in-depth index of more than 3,350 collections of personal narratives (letters, diaries, oral histories, and personal narratives) in English from around the world.
• Oxford English Dictionary provides definitions, history, and pronunciation for over half a million English words, present and past, from all areas of the English-speaking world. It also offers etymological analysis and variant spellings.  This database is available online to Palomar College students, faculty, and staff-passwords required off-campus.
