Technology Scholarships
Agnes Hammond Memorial Scholarship
Palomar College offers two or more
library related scholarships annually.
Any student enrolled in the Palomar
College Library Technician Program
meeting the minimum requirements is eligible to apply.
Applications
are available at the Financial Aid Office (Student Services
Building), or from your LT Instructor.

Graduates of the Palomar College
Library Technician Program are eligible to apply for a
graduate scholarship. The graduate scholarship is to assist students
who are pursuing their Master in Library Science.

College Scholarship Newsletter
The scholarships offered in this
newsletter are in cooperation with the Financial Aid and Scholarship
Office and the Palomar College Foundation Office, on behalf of
individual and private group organizations and our institutional
scholarships. The Financial Aid and Scholarship Office (Student Services
Building), has applications
and detailed information to apply for these scholarships.
There are several scholarships that
would be appropriate for Library Technology students, including
awards offered to reentry women students. Check it out!
San Diego Region Library Association Scholarship
(formerly Palomar
Library Association/PLA)
Each year the
San Diego Region
Library Association offers one or more scholarships for Library Technology
Students who live in the San Diego/Imperial County area.
This scholarship is based on both
need and academic achievement. Check the
SDRLA website for
updated scholarship information.
