Please fill out the information on the form below if you are interested in being considered for entry into the lottery for a Registration Assistance Award toward the LSSC Certificate. Winners of the lottery will receive a $175.00 award toward the $350.00 certification cost of the LSSC Library and Information Technology Certificate. To be eligible to participate in this lottery pool, students must have graduated from the Palomar College Library and Information Technology Program with either an AA Degree or a Certificate of Achievement in Library and Information Technology in 2009 or later.
