created by Don Miller

stamp2y.jpg (28705 bytes)

San Marcos resident Don Miller has been a collector for many years. A retired insurance broker, Miller grew up in Los Angeles and went into business in 1947 in Palm Springs when the population was only 4,000.
He has been a philatelist (stamp collector) since the age of eleven. Don has sold much of his stamp collection but has embarked on a new interst, arranging stamps with related materials in picture frames, shown here.
