Library Borrowing Privileges
Palomar students, faculty and staff:
The PIC Card (Palomar Identification Card) available from Student Services
serves as the library card. Without the PIC card, the student I.D. number of the
borrower is used to check out material. Palomar students have reciprocal
borrowing privileges at MiraCosta College and Cal State San Marcos. PIC
cards are required to check out materials from these institutions. All other persons who are 18 years old or older may register with the Library
as a "Community Patron" to borrow materials. A valid picture ID and proof of
current mailing address is required.
