LEGAL
STUDIES (LM) PROGRAM
Effective: Fall 2002
The
Legal Studies major leads to an A.A. degree or to a transfer program.
This major provides students with general knowledge of the philosophy
of law, the legal process, legal institutions, and legal reasoning. This
is not a paralegal or a para-professional major.
The major for the A.A. Degree consists of 35 units. Additionally, a course
in computer literacy is required for all students. This requirement can
