The debut season of "The Starting Lineup" was a success becoming one of the top rated shows at KKSM. Each week the rotating hosts dealt with many sports related issues and handled calls from the live listening audience. The RTV 180 class also made history by collaborating with Pat Hahn's RTV 220 class in the first ever television broadcast of a basketball game from The Dome! The hosts did play-by-play and color commentary as well as interview players and coaches for the historic live broadcast. Palomar College's gymnasium (aka The Dome) was designed by famed engineer R. Buckminster Fuller and was built in 1959, and not once has there ever been a live television broadcast from The Dome....until the RTV 180 and RTV 220 classes came together. So don't miss out! Where else can you help make history or speak your mind on sports? ENROLL TODAY!
