About the Show
Calling all wrestling fans! Join KKSM's
resident wrestling fanatics "Dynamite Nick Lane" and The Big J.D. every
Saturday afternoon from 12pm to 2pm PST for In the Ring. For one whole
hour they will talk about any and everything about wrestling from WWE to
TNA to the days of WCW to ECW as well as independent promotions and
international wrestling (lucha libre, Japanese, etc.).
About the Hosts...
"DYNAMITE" NICK - Host
Nick Lane has been a wrestling fanatic since childhood. He
was featured on an episode of "Rescue 911" about the kid who used a
towel as a cape and got it caught in the door jam. Nick was played by a
young Lance Bass in the episode for which he won a Daytime Emmy for Best
Supporting Actor (Reality/Variety). Nick fronted the Chilean metal band
Imported Wine whose debut album Red...Like Blood
Entertainment Weekly said was "visionary.....lacking in talent". He is
currently working on his doctoral thesis for Mt. Holyoke Correspondence
College and Dental School.
THE BIG J.D. - Host
The Official KKSM Karaoke Master of Ceremonies, The Big
J.D. also serves as KKSM's News Director. He is a major KISS fan and also a hardcore wrestling fan.
The Big J.D. is most famous for the Suntory campaign he did in Japan and
Malaysia back in 2003. He once did voiceover work for the short-lived
television series Little Rosie and once had a walk-on role in
Reba.
CAP'N LAUREN - Producer/Engineer
When she is not swash buckling on the
Seven Seas or flying for Delta, Cap'n Lauren is the producer and
engineer for In the Ring. She once served as Jerry Vale's agent
and produced the weekly Vegas show Les Dogs Go to Heaven. She
is the author of the best selling book*

ABE RENTERIA - Fill-In Host / Support Staff
Due to litigation in the case Del Taco vs.
GloboChem Enterprises (d/b/a In the Ring Radio) we are unable to
discuss biographical information regarding Mr. Renteria other than he is
a resident of Pomona, California and worked as a freelance welder and
florist designer.
DR. ZEB NAVARRO, Ph.D. - Executive Producer/ Webmaster
Dr. Navarro is famous for the quote "Who here hasn't
denounced their citizenship on foreign soul?" He currently holds a
doctorate in science from New York University. His favorite Stooge is
Shemp.
