KKSM sports team will return this fall with LIVE coverage of
Palomar
College Comet football and selected North County high school football games.
It's exciting, it's action packed, and it's all live and worldwide. Don't

This year will also
be special as for the first time all football games will be broadcasted LIVE on
the internet and available around the world!

KKSM will air the Third Presidential
debate between incumbent Republican President George W. Bush and Democratic
challenger Senator John Kerry. The debate will air live from Arizona State
University in Tempe, Arizona. The debate will start at 6PM PST/PDT with
CBS News Correspondent and Face the Nation host Bob Schieffer moderating
the debate.
08/31/04 Beginning Tuesday September 7th at 6PM, it's KKSM's
own sports talk show The Starting Line-Up. Each week the KKSM Sports Team
will bring you news from all over the sports world, from Palomar College
athletics to all major league games. Phone in at 760-744-1150 x2438 during the
show and participate in the discussion. Did you miss The Starting Line-Up
on Tuesday nights? Don't worry, catch the INSTANT REPLAY broadcast on
Wednesdays at 2PM.
08/30/04 Thanks to all who turned out at the 20th Annual
Oceanside Longboard Surfing Club Championship and 4th Annual Guy Takayama
Noseride Event! KKSM was there and we had a blast spinning your favorite tunes
and giving away free CDs and 8" cakes courtesy of Piancone Italian Gourmet Deli and
Bakery in Vista. KKSM would like to thank IndyMac Bank, the Oceanside Longboard
Surfing Club, Pizza Port, Hunter's Steakhouse, and McDonald's for making our
broadcast possible and for making it fun for all involved. Special thanks to

08/12/04 On August 12th, KKSM helped KPBS in their membership campaign that raised
over $13,000 dollars for KPBS! Big thanks go out to KKSM volunteers: Roberto

Helen Woodward Animal Center from another shelter that was
reaching capacity.
