Office of Institutional Research & Planning (IRP) is the
research and planning office for the Palomar Community
College District. IRP provides the Palomar Campus Community
with information on its students, staff, programs, and its
effectiveness. Our office also provides data and analytical
support for Palomar's strategic planning process. Links to
