Instructional Support and Other Units
PRP Instructions, Data & Forms for Academic Year 2012-2013
SEE DEADLINES BELOW
The links below provide access to the
PRP forms. Every instructional support unit
must complete a PRP. Steps I and II on the form must be completed even if your unit
is not requesting any resources. The Instructional Planning
Council is asking you to
(1) Click here to review directions for completing the PRPs
(2) Provide a hard copy to the Division Dean no later than September 14, 2012
(3) Provide a hard copy with the Dean's sign-off to
Instructional
Services by September 28, 2012
(4) Email an electronic
copy to
jdecker@palomar.edu by September 28, 2012
Instructions for Downloading Forms
A. Click on the applicable Instructional Support Unit below. If your unit is an Instructional Discipline (e.g. MATH or READ) or an Academic Department (e.g. COMPSCI or DESIGN) then this is not the form that you should be using. Separate forms for Instructional Disciplines and Academic Departments are listed by division at http://www.palomar.edu/irp/ProgramReviewandPlanning.htm.
If your unit is not among those for which a PRP form has already been prepared (see list below), contact Joan Decker in the Research & Planning Office (at Ext. 2360 or jdecker@palomar.edu) and a form with your identifier will be emailed to you and posted on this site.
B. Click SAVE button to save each file to your computer. Please do not open the document and enter information into the online version of the form.
C. Open the saved file in Microsoft Word and complete the form. At the end of the form, list the faculty and staff who participate in completing this PRP. (NOTE: Do Not Attach Documents to the form. All information must be entered into the PRP form.) Save the completed form and follow the submission instructions listed above.
