Student Visas

In order to obtain an F-1 student visa, an applicant must present a form I-20 (Certificate of Eligibility) to a U.S. Consulate or Embassy abroad. The Palomar College Office of International Education will issue a form I-20 to qualified applicants who have met all admission requirements and have been accepted.
