Official Records and Documents

 
 

All applicants must send official, original transcripts of all school work (including secondary or "high school", college/university and language schools), proof of official secondary school graduation, and other documents as part of their application.  If the original record or document is not in English, it must be accompanied by a certified English translation performed by the school/organization or a licensed translator.  Notarized translations from uncertified/unlicensed translators are not acceptable.

This applies to ALL translated documents used for application purposes.

 
 

  Please Note:  All documents submitted to the college become the property of the Palomar Community College District and cannot be returned or copied.
