ever issued to you, I-94, current F-1 visa, and passport ID

Transfer
Eligibility form from your current school
verifying that you maintained your full-time status and are
eligible to transfer to Palomar College (including SEVIS release
date) |

If you are currently in the US on a non-immigrant visa, please
include photocopies of your I-94 card, current visa, and
passport. |
