With the rubric as a guide, discuss and determine appropriate CB21 value.
Review CB04, CB05, and CB08 for correct fit.
Review TOP codes. Codes with "*" must be updated.
Are there any other courses that should be coded as Prior to Transfer Level?
Update the Excel file as necessary to record data changes and to add new courses to the list.
