The Human Resource Services Planning Council (HRSPC) is responsible for the development of the strategic plans of Human Resource Services.  The Council meets on the second and fourth Wednesdays during the academic year from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.

HRSPC is responsible for Strategic Plans for Human Resource Services, Human Resource Services Three-Year Plan, and Annual Budget for the Human Resource Services Department.

The Human Resource Services Planning Council reports to the Strategic Planning Council and is chaired by the Vice President for Human Resource Services.
