Laboratory Class - Candidates must have ALL of the following qualifications:

 

1. A Bachelor's degree and two years occupation occupational experience with the application of four-handed dentistry principles, either as a dental assistant or working with a chairside assistant experience OR an associate's degree with six years experience.

 

2. Current valid California license as a Registered Dental Assistant, Registered Dental Hygienist, or Dentist.

 

3. Current Certified Dental Assistant (DANB).

 

4. Current valid Coronal Polishing Certificate.

 

5. Current valid California Dental Radiation Safety Certificate.

 

6. Current CPR (Basic C) Certification for Health Care Providers.

 

Lecture (Didactic) Course - Candidates must have ALL of the following qualifications:
