If you're planning on transferring to a CSU or UC school, it is important that you have had the following immunizations: proof of Immunity to Measles and Rubella, proof of Immunity to Hepatitis B, Meningitis Vaccine, TDAP, Varicella.  Also note that some universities require Tuberculin screening - check pre-admission requirements.  If you are seeking a waiver, documentation is required - the amount of which varies by campus. Check with Student Health Services at each campus for further information.
