Welcome!  Geography is a program in the Earth, Space & Aviation Sciences department at Palomar College.  We offer a wide range of courses in both physical geography and human geography as well as a distinguished GIS program that incorporates the latest in geospatial and cartographic technologies.  We also lead exciting field courses to such places as Big Sur, Catalina Island, and Anza Borrego and Joshua Tree.  With geography you can make a difference in the world!

Can I Major in Geography?
Yes!  Many colleges and universities offer bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in Geography.  Palomar College now offers an associate degree for transfer (AA-T) in Geography.  This degree gains you
 junior standing and priority admission consideration in the CSU system
