Need help preparing for final exams? Join GEAR UP tutors in their final’s review sessions. You will be provided with the individualized tutoring you need in order to succeed!

 

ACT Testing

2011 Summer School Enrollment

Time: Seniors: 8:30am—10am
Juniors: 10am—11am
Sophomores: 11am—12pm

 

Register for 2011 Summer School at Mission Hills High School.  Summer school enrollment is limited. Seniors and juniors have priority.  There are two sessions available.  Most courses will be offered in an online format. See your counselor for an application.

Not sure what college or university you want to attend? Join GEAR UP for their summer college seminars. Gain vital information needed to make the right choice for you. Attend one or all seminars. Free lunch and fun activities are included in each workshop. Parents/Guardians are welcome to attend.

CSU Seminar- Join GEAR UP and gain vital information about CSU campuses, the application process, AB540 student information, and much more.

 

June 22 – 23, 10am—2pm

 

UC Seminar Learn how to write a personal statement, find out how to pay for a UC education, learn interesting facts about the UC system, plus more.

June 29 – 30, 10am—2pm

California Community College (CCC) seminar- Learn about the various types of certificates and degree programs offered at community colleges. Gain a better understanding of the transferring process from community college to a university and more.

July 6 – 7, 10am—2pm

Private /Independent Universities- Learn about the tuition differences between private/independent universities and public universities, explore various degree programs, and more.

July 13 – 14, 10am—2pm
