MISSION STATEMENT
The Palomar College GEAR UP Partnership Program is devoted to enhancing a college-going culture that will increase the number of students from San Marcos and Vista Unified School Districts who are prepared for and admitted to post-secondary institutions. By building a network of support comprised of schools, parents, business and the community, we are committed to empowering ALL GEAR UP students for success via these four pillars:
