THE PROGRAM

Welcome to the Palomar College Department of World Languages!  We offer transfer-level courses in Arabic, French, Chinese, Japanese, German, Italian, and Spanish. Most language courses meet General Education requirements. Classes are taught on campus, online, in a hybrid format and via video lectures. During the winter and summer sessions, the department also offers Study Abroad Programs to Costa Rica, Perú, and Spain.

PROGRAM ADVANTAGES

Beginning and intermediate language classes are transferable to four-year universities and meet General Education requirements.
