The Palomar College FC utilizes a group of Palomar College students to man the front desk.

Minimum Qualifications: Current student status, enrolled at Palomar College through the current semester, now hiring Federal Work Study (financial aid program) students only.

Preferred Qualifications: Cash register experience, good customer service and telephone skills are desired. Reliable transportation, responsible, honest, trustworthy, friendly, mature & outgoing are essential qualities. A flexible schedule, punctuality and the ability to problem solve effectively are also required.

Job duties: Customer service, sales/cash register, light telephones, cleaning the equipment and other administrative duties as assigned. It also required that each Front Desk Staff member open the facility at 6:00 am and close the facility at 8:00 p.m. at least once per week.

Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours / week
