Bridgitte Schillig started her career 26 years ago
in Los Angeles working as a Quality Assurance Manager for several
apparel manufacturers and then progressed to pattern making, and
then on to clothing design. She is currently a freelance pattern
maker/grader for Teamwork Athletic Apparel, Squadra, and creates her
own original designs. Bridgitte is a former student at
Palomar College, starting here when she was 17 years old. We have been
very fortunate to have her with us for 7 years. Bridgitte is our
resident expert in computer aided technology. Under her expert
guidance and leadership we continue to have the latest computer
technology for our design program. Bridgitte has a talent for
transforming a fashion idea from her head, scribbling it on a napkin,
and then turning her concept into a stylish design. Currently,
Bridgitte teaches manual and computer pattern making and grading, our
digital design class, and the technical spec pacs course.
