Mission Statement

The mission of Fixed Assets is to maintain accurate and up-to-date property records; provide accurate and timely information concerning equipment under department’s custody; provide reports for state and federal requirements, insurance validation, depreciation, and audit purposes; ensure compliance of terms and conditions of federal, state, local and District policies and procedures; and the disposition and safeguard of equipment.
