Facilities Planning

Mission Statement

Facilities Planning  & Capital Projects provides the management for programming, planning, architecture, engineering and construction of new or remodeled major capital projects in support of the college’s academic mission.  We advocate for excellence in the planning, design and construction of all facilities within the college’s built and natural environment for the benefits of current and future generations of college students, faculty and staff.

Facilities Planning is also responsible for tracking and maintaining all space data, such as floor plans, square footages, and departmental areas for the college.  Facilities Planning develops the Five-year Capital Outlay and Scheduled Maintenance Plans.
