Videoconference
Intro
This
Videoconference Service is made possible through the support
of Palomar College's Educational Television Department (ETV)
and the Telecommunications Special Projects funded by the
Chancellor's Office of the California Community Colleges system
-TTIPS, CCCSAT-California Community Colleges Satellite Network
and CCC Confer.
ETV
makes videoconferencing easy for you to use:
-
You
don't need to learn the technology or the equipment.
-
A technical support person will be provided to operate
the equipment and assist you during your presentation.
-
You are only required to request and reserve the room
for use, prepare your agenda and materials for presentation,
show up 20 minutes prior to the meeting start time and
begin your conference at the scheduled hour.
To
request a reservation, click the Videoconference
Request, fill in the information requested and submit
the required form. The videoconferencing coordinator at ETV
will verify room and system availability and reply to your
request within 24 hours. Upon confirmation, the videoconferencing
coordinator will contact you to obtain any additional information.
The coordinator will work with you to ensure your agenda and
materials are prepared and ready for use. First time users
should schedule an overview demonstration with the videoconference
coordinator.
We
welcome your questions and comments, please call 760-744-1150
