       Registration begins November 29th

          Classes begin Jan 18th

          Last day to add semester length classes is Jan 31st

Registration Information:

    The enrollment process for TV, Telenet, Online, and Interactive Video courses is the same process you use to enroll in traditional classroom courses. To be eligible, students must have a current application on file.  Returning students, who have missed one semester, must re-apply in order to receive a registration appointment.

    Enrollment fee per unit is $26.00 and the mandatory Health fee is $13.00.

    1.  PALOMAR ID:  You should purchase a permanent photo PIC card while registering

        because you will need your ID number for all transactions with Palomar.

    2.  PIN:  You will also need a 4-digit PIN number to register.  The first two numbers

         represent your month of birth and the remaining two numbers are the last digits

         of your year of birth (MMYY).

    3.  All registrations are processed online.  Go to Palomar College Homepage

    COURSE REQUIREMENTS/MATERIALS

    As soon as you are enrolled and before your first seminar meeting, access your course information at the websites listed below.

    BROADCASTS

    Find out when your lessons broadcast on your cable sysem.  Click on the last column of the grid for your class to see a detailed calendar listing the lesson number and date and time it airs:

    COURSE OUTLINE

    Beginning January 14, students may view their course outline, course documents, announcements and instructor contact information online in Blackboard at: http://www.palomar.edu/pconline

    LOG INTO BLACKBOARD:

    USERNAME = STUDENT ID#

    PASSWORD = STUDENT ID #

    Do NOT use your Palomar password!

    STUDENT EMAIL ACCOUNTS

    All registered Palomar College students will receive a Palomar College Student email address. Registered Students can find out their email address and activate their Student Email account by signing on to eServices using their Student ID number and eServices password. Click here to activate .     You will be able to access your email the next day (after 8 AM) once you select an email password. If you already know your email address and you have already selected an email password (yesterday or earlier) you can log in at: http://studentmail.palomar.edu .

    ealth Services Fees

    A state-mandated student health fee is charged for operation of the Health Centers as authorized in Education Code 76355.   A fee of $13.00 will be charged to all part-time and full-time students enrolled in credit and non-credit classes. 

Palomar Identification Card (PIC)
All student will be charged a $5 processing fee for a PIC and/or current semester sticker.  The fee may be refunded within the first two weeks of the semester if a card has not been produced or in cases of complete withdrawal from college.  The unused semester sticker must be returned.  If the card is lost, a $5 replacement fee is charged.
