EOPS is a state-funded program designed for the orientation, recruitment and retention of California residents who are economically, socially, and educationally disadvantaged.      Description: HomeThe P.E.O. (Philanthropic Educational Organization) Chapter ND, Vista - California is currently accepting applications for an educational grant up to $3000. This educational grant is available for women who have had an interruption in their educational goals.

    Deadline: May 15, 2014


             Be a female enrolled at Palomar College.

             Have had a lapse of at least 24 consecutive months as a student at some time.

             Be within 24 consecutive months of completing her educational goal (A.A. or certificate).

             Be a citizen of the U.S. or Canada.
