Student Responsibilities
1. I understand that I will meet with an EOPS
counselor at least 3 times each semester (fall/spring).
2. I understand that I will complete 12 or more units each semester
(fall/spring) or have an approved Director's waiver on file.
3. I understand that I will maintain a 2.0 GPA or better.
4. I understand that I will follow my EOPS Educational Plan.
5. If I do not meet the above requirements, my EOPS status may be
affected.
EOPS Counseling "NO SHOW" POLICY:
If you miss 1 counseling appointment you will receive a warning.
If you miss 2 appointments you will receive a "hold" on your services
for the following semester.
If you miss 3 appointments you will be exited from the program and will
not be able to re-qualify.
