Student Responsibilities
1. I understand that I will complete an EOPS
online orientation, summer, fall and spring of attendance.
2. I understand that I will meet with an EOPS counselor at least 3 times
each semester and once if I attend summer session.
3. I understand that I will complete 12 or more units each semester
(fall/spring) or have an approved Director's waiver on file. Note:
students with a verifiable disability must maintain and complete 6
units.
4. I understand that I will maintain a 2.0 GPA or better.
5. I understand that I will follow my six-semester EOPS Educational Plan.
6. I understand that I will notify my EOPS counselor if I have any
difficulties affecting my course work and meeting other EOPS
requirements.
7. I understand that I will adhere to the EOPS "no show" policy.
8. If I do not meet the above requirements, my EOPS eligibility may be
affected.

EOPS Counseling "NO SHOW" POLICY:
If you miss one (1 )counseling appointment you will be disqualified from
EOPS.If you are in less than 12 units and have a
verifiable disability, you may want to contact Palomar College’s
Disability Resource Center. DRC offers a variety of services and
equipment for student use on campus. The goal of the DRC program
is to create an environment which encourages the student to function
effectively, enabling students to participate in regular college
curriculum. Once enrolled in the DRC program, please request DRC
Verification to be sent to EOPS.
