The Workshop is held at the Palomar College Escondido Education Center. Please complete the application under the FORMS tab on our home page and return with a cashier's check or money order for $150.00 to:

Tuesday, September 1, 2009 - 9:00am

Tuesday, October 6, 2009 - 9:00am

Tuesday, November 3, 2009 - 9:00am

Tuesday, Decemer 1, 2009 - 9:00am

PREREQUISITE: Be a currently licensed California Paramedic
Documentaton of prior skills testing (including copy of training
agency Course Completion Record to State EMS Authority for skills)

Please send the following two weeks prior to workshop:
Copy of Paramedic License
Copy of ACLS card
Copy of "Course Completion Record" (if training after 1995 and shows skills trained in & breakdown of hours)
Cashier's check or money order for fee.
A picture ID card is required on the day of the workshop.

FEES:
$150.00 for a minimum of 4 students. This fee includes the San Diego County Protocol Book. You will also be e-mailed the documents that you will need for the course. Please provide your e-mail on the application.

Individual classes can be arranged at $60.00 per hour each for 1 - 3 students (expect 5-6 hours)

Additional costs may occur if there is not the minimum number of students present
A $4.00 parking fee is required. Purchase on day of workshop.

NOTE: These fees do not include cost for S.D. county accreditation (an additional $17.00).

Report to the Emergency Medical Education office at 1951 E. Valley Parkway at 9:00 A.M. on the day of the workshop.
