Office Policy

(adopted December 16, 2002)

The department recognizes that the Director of the Planetarium needs additional office space for storing planetarium equipment and for preparing planetarium shows. Because of its close proximity to the Planetarium, ES-3 is hereby designated as the office for the Director of the Planetarium, should he/she choose to implement this option. The Earth Sciences Department is committed to establishing ES-3 as a 1-person office. When the department moves to a new facility, another suitable office will be selected as the office for the Director of the Planetarium, should that position still exist.
