Classroom Visitation and Discussion Form

The Earth Sciences Department has initiated classroom visitation as a method of evaluation for all its adjunct instructors. The purpose of a classroom visitation is to evaluate the adjunct instructor’s teaching ability and techniques. It is also a method to provide feedback and suggestions for the adjunct instructors. As with all evaluation methods, both parties benefit from honest and constructive comments in the evaluation process. Your comments about the evaluation process are encouraged.
