  The textbook for the course is Foundations of Earth Science, 5th Edition, by Tarbuck and Lutgens.  The publisher offers a companion website, My Geology Place, with a password in each new copy of the textbook.  At this time, the companion website for the 4th edition is still active with free access: companion website. This website works as an interactive study guide.  You will find objectives, summaries, automatically graded quizzes and internet destinations.  The text also includes the GEODe: Earth Science CD-ROM featuring animations, interactive activities, and enhanced text art to reinforce key concepts.
