PERSONAL COUNSELING

Personal counseling services are available to assist you with personal concerns that might interfere with your academic work.  Personal counseling includes the following:

  • Referrals for professionals, shelters, hotlines and other resources
  • Mental health issues
  • Personal adjustment
  • Stress Management
  • Time Management

To make an appointment with a General Counselor, call (760) 891-7511.  Counseling does not perform crisis counseling. If you need help right now, call the San Diego County 24 hour hotline at (800) 479-3339.

For additional personal counseling resources, including shelters and clinics, see the Health Services counseling resources web site.
