• Learning Objectives Worksheet - Learning objectives must be specific , measurable, and attainable in the time of the semester.

• Learning Objectives Work Sheet- Examples of goals would be to learn a new skill, master a skill, or complete an assignment pertaining to the job.
• Statement of Cooperation - This is an EXAMPLE of what the Statement of Cooperation looks like. Students will receive the Statement of Cooperation after a Coop Ed instructor approves the goals stated on the  Learning Objectives Worksheet. Goals must be specific , measurable, and attainable in the time of the semester.
