NEWS

Palomar students become reporters, producers, writers, photographers and editors for two student-run newscasts. They also take the roles of News Directors and Chief Editors, allowing them leadership opportunities. Prime Time Palomar focuses on the people and events of Palomar College and is geared toward student life. North County News is a real news program covering hard and soft stories of the people, places and events in North San Diego County. Both programs are Emmy winners, and are honored in multiple journalism competitions.
