To be eligible for the REACH/CalWORKs program: You must be a receiving cash aid (CalWORKs/TANF) for yourself and at least one child, or you must have received aid within the last two years and are now working at least part time.   You must be, or plan to be, at least a part-time student.   You must be working towards at least one of the following: Certificate, AA degree, transfer to a 4 year college or university, or to improve work skills.   No High School Diploma or GED is required for enrollment in most programs.
