Mandatory Conference/ Walkthrough:	Two (2) pre-bid conferences and job walks shall be held, attendance at one (1) is mandatory: June 15, 2012 at 11:00 am and June 19, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Horse Ranch Creek Road project, at 5335 Pala Road, Fallbrook, CA. Any bid submitted by a Bidder who does not attend one (1) of the two (2) mandatory pre-bid conferences shall be considered a non-responsive bid.
