I have been tutoring in the TLC since 2012 and teaching Mathematics at Palomar College since 2003.  Before that I was the founder and president of an investment advisory firm specializing in bond and equity portfolio management utilizing mathematical portfolio selection techniques.  I have a B.S. and M.S. in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Management Science and Operations Research.  My hobbies include music, reading fiction, and physical fitness.
