Welcome to the Palomar College Basic Skills Initiative & Title V HSI Grant web site. The Basic Skills Committee & Title V, HSI Steering Committee is made up of faculty and administrators in the process of planning professional development, supplemental instruction, research projects, and tutoring activities to help our college better prepare our students for success. This Program is funded by the California Community College Chancellor's Office Basic Skills Initiative and a U.S. Department of Education Title V HSI Grant.
