CCC TechEDge is published quarterly with two additional, special issues per year. It is distributed to distance educators, information systems officers, business leaders, the California legislature, and other interested parties.

The CCC Clearinghouse is a statewide, Web-based repository that allows authorized users at both the local college and state level to electronically deposit, self-index, search, and retrieve documents, files, and certain databases that are of interest to any or all of the 109 colleges and the CCC Chancellor's Office.

The CCC Clearinghouse was developed in 1998 with an initial focus on curriculum and instructional materials. It has been redesigned and enhanced several times to include: scanned copies of grant narratives and program reports submitted to the CCC Chancellor's Office, course outlines of record for a limited but growing number of colleges, and a Web-based survey wizard.

CCC Clearinghouse services/products include:

  • Electronic Repository
  • Web Survey Wizard

The project is currently searching for grant funding to further enhance the content of the repository by allowing all colleges to submit new program reports/course outlines to the CCC Chancellor's Office electronically.
