Description: This workshop focuses on using multimedia, especially audio and video, in PowerPoint and includes the following:

• Appropriate audio and video file formats
• Recording audio
• Importing audio and video files
• “Calling” vs. embedding media files
• Controlling audio/video playback
• Using CD background music
• Narrating a presentation

Prerequisite: PowerPoint 1 or familiarity with PowerPoint and with media players.
